Shipping policy

We ship throughout the United States and Canada.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
  • U.S. shipping: Typically 3–7 business days via standard carriers.
  • Canada shipping: Typically 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.
  • Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@sylohealth.com.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. and Canada.
