We stand behind the quality of every Sylo Health product. Because our supplements are consumable health products, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days. Customer covers return shipping.
Opened products: Not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: We’ll make it right at no cost to you — free replacement or full refund, and we cover all shipping.
